(APR. 2008) BAKO NORTH WESTERN LTD has chosen to implement Transvision Route Planner for their truck based distribution operation. The system will be rolled out over their entire delivery operation for the planning and scheduling of 27 trucks in the North West region of Great Britain.
Bako North Western is a part of the Bako Group that is the UK’s largest supplier of ingredients and products to the bakery and associated industries. The group consists of five independently operated regional organisations, whereof Bako North Western will optimise their routes with Transvision Route Planner.
Transvision is experiencing a rapidly growing interest from companies in all sectors of the wholesale and retail industry. This is due to the general increasing demand for planning systems in the industry, plus the fact that Transvision is able to offer a comprehensive solution that addresses the varying requirements of the wholesale and retail trade.
