(OCT. 2004) ODENSE RENOVATIONSSELSKAB (ORS) purchases Transvision Route Planner for the planning of waste collection for 60,000 households in Odense Municipal.   ORS holds most of the concessions for waste management in the Odense municipal, hence operating with all kinds of waste collection e.g. streetwise waste collection, container transportation and bulky waste removal.   Transvision Route Planner will be implemented for the street based waste collection. For this purpose Transvision Route Planner will be modified so it can handle planning of up to 60,000 orders plus have zigzag functionality incorporated in its algorithms.     In a later phase, ORS will implement Transvision Fleet Planner to handle the more dynamic waste collection such as container transportation.   Read more about Odense Renovationsselskab.   For more information, please find your Transvision contact.
