1976 Peter Matthiesen A/S is founded as a logistics consultancy firm with its own software development capabilities. 1979 Peter Matthiesen A/S establishes, under management by Transvision’s current managing director Ole Kessel, a department responsible for transport planning. 1997 Peter Matthiesen A/S merges with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and becomes a centre of excellence within transport planning 2002 Transvision A/S is formed as a result of a management buy-out from PricewaterhouseCoopers. Transvision is owned by Managing Director Ole Kessel and key personnel. 2005 Transvision sets up a local office in the Netherlands.
